Formation of ozone in over unity experiments.

In  many experiments with over unity devices  ozone is formed , be it  Floyd Sweet , Don Smith or Tesla .

a) Can this ozone harm the lungs of experimenter ?

b)  Is it the same mechanism that results in formation of stratospheric ozone ?

c) Does it make electromagnetic experimentation risky ?

d)  Does ozone form in motionless electromagnetic generator  device experiments  or keshe magrav experiments ?

e) Are ozone detector & safety mask , part of solution ?
