« on: May 16, 2014, 10:22:11 AM »
Hello everyone i'm new here and still on the process to understand how generators work so please understand if im asking some silly questions.Thanks.

I have 1000kw generator / 3 phase 50 Hz. and i wonder if it possible to use electric motor to run that generator.
What power of electric motor would i need.Generator was using diesel engine before but its blow up and i have end up with big generator with no engine.
