I would like to see the wiring with the Dally schematic you made.
"wiring" for Dally "project" :-\
Additional neodymium magnets should be mounted on the ferrite core of the "dumbbell" type.
They must be selected according to the maximum amplitude of the pulses. These magnets are not shown in the figure.

under yellow radiators there is a half-bridge on MOSFET with opto-drivers. Power supply voltage + - 250 volts (total 500V) Frequency up to 150 - 200 kHz modulated, duration ~2  ns, amplitude 1.5 - 1.7 kV at 50 Ohm load

Yes, this is the schematic I based my Daly build on. See early pages of this thread.

I do not understand Russian.

How to increase the reliability and durability of the transistor? One guy complained that he had burned about 50 transistors. for the environment - it's just a disaster, if everything is destroyed at such a speed. !! What are the basic mistakes of radio amateurs ?. Many with the included circuit select a capacitor. poke. This creates a pulse of 3000 V, which breaks through the transistor. Correct: turn off the circuit, then connect the capacitor and then turn on and measure the rectified voltage by a conventional tester. Make a sign. Against the values of the capacitor, voltages are written on the coil. laborious, but very reliable. There are other dangerous jumps KV from a thunderstorm, and read that the military even has a megawatt weapon capable of disabling radio technology. Varistors are used to divert the Super pulse. It works like a lightning arrestor. When the voltage exceeds the calculated value, the varistor removes all dangerous pulses into the body of the device. You will find .. The varistor creates a short circuit, it can not be put without a fuse in very powerful systems such as a 220 volt transformer and so on. Scheme ind. tiles: filter 220 volts (there is ???), then the bridge of constant voltage of 310 volts, that is, rectifier, throttle-bagel, then the fuse 4- 5A, then the varistor 800-1000 V in the housing, and then the high-voltage circuit, that is the coil and transistor for 1200v. If the resonance will develop a voltage of 1000 volts, then the varistor will work and the fuse may burn out. But judging by the parameters of the circuit, the induction tile does not develop more than 600 volts in the impulse on the coil. Correctly calculated varistor is not heated. The main error, non-compliance with the calculated parameters. Exceeding the calculated capacity in the collector circuit causes a thermal breakdown. For this purpose, a transistor of suitable power as well as design voltage with a margin is selected. Most transistors do not carry the reverse voltage in the CE collector-emitter circuit. To ensure that this voltage does not kill the transistor, it is necessary to put a high-voltage ultrafast diode before the collector. Correct polarity connection will pass the supply voltage +, radio engineer Y P Zherebtsova says. All reverse pulses of opposite polarity will not pass through this one. The power and voltage of this diode must exceed Wm. and V transistor and and supply voltage. Unfortunately, the induction tile circuit recognizes the ease of operation of the circuit and causes it to turn off. Scheme where there are no logical elements will work fine, -caches. Exceeding the input voltage of base G, also causes destruction of the transistor. The protection scheme was developed in 70 years: from the winding of the trance, from about 15 to 50 volts, a pulse + is taken, which passes through an ultrafast diode, then the limiting resistance is a longitudinal shunt from 1 to 5 kw, then to the body of a protective diode suppressor. It works as a voltage regulator. If you take a transistor with an input voltage of 30 volts to G, then you need to put a 1.5KE18CA, a bi-directional bi-directional diode, 18V. All pulses above 18 volts will not pass and the base will be live. Next is a variable resistor-type of the volume control is connected to the base. It allows you to adjust the power as well as the volume in the receiver. For the circuit to work, it is very important to observe the polarity of the diodes. To check the chain that it works, you need to disable the base G, Instead of a coil, connect a 9v battery minus the case and see what is output? should be plus 1-5 volts. The suppressor is checked by a longitudinal "shunt" through 1 kom, +24 volts. If properly connected, it will show the rated voltage + 18V, other suppressors will show what they are designed for. The lower leg of the power regulator can be connected to a battery of 1.5V minus G, plus a housing. then a negative bias of the transistor will reduce its useless current. if the offset on the base is too high, then it can be inhibited, then make the startup circuit with the positive pulse + 1 + 2b. And the Golden Rule of any transistor: feed through Rcom from the supply of the collector to the base G, opens the transistor and the current A becomes max. If the base G is short-circuited through R by E emitter, then tr. will be closed, and through it will not go JA. Learn by heart. Successes to you in the development of clean energy capable of saving our ecology of the Earth.

Hi Color,

Your picture is i guess from a different vid?.... it seems the diodes on the heatsink are new...
Do you have any idea for what they are?..............Can it be used for eliminating the "negative wave"from the kacher signal?
Due to generate the unipolair pulses at the antenna.

Could you post this vid also..... so we can look closer to it.

The 4 diodes on a heat sink bar and the black capacitor are not new, they are the full bridge rectifier, that rectifies the AC from the grenade that goes to the bulbs. That rectifier circuit is Not used for the Kacher, circuit, but to rectify the grenade's output to DC that goes to the bulbs, and to the feed back circuit, instead.

The principle of generation of nanosecond pulses, which is described in Belkin Shulzhenko, works only with drift diodes with a sharp recovery. Usually these are old avalanche diodes. Belkin-Shulzhenko in the book recommend using EX-USSR old diodes  "ДЛ1хх-хх-хх". For sample, ДЛ112-25-16  - avalanche diode 112 model, 25 direct current, 1600 V reverse voltage.
The phenomenon of sharp recovery of diodes is considered harmful, since it can lead to a malfunction of the electronics. Therefore, modern diodes get rid of sharp recovery. In the parameters of modern diodes, it is usually reported that they are soft recovery.

Hmm..
Ruslan's video contains modern diodes. They is on 99% soft recovery, and cannot generate sharp nanosecond pulses. Probably he does not know about it, since he does not have a real-time nanosecond oscilloscope.  ;D

In addition, when 4 diodes are connected in series, since it is on video, we get a large inductance (curvature of the terminals) and capacitance (relative to the radiator). This is not good for short pulses.

The good sample should look like on my photos.

The four diodes on the mentioned full bridge rectifier are super fast MUR460.
I am using the MUR1530, which are similar, on my full bridge. Along with the same type of black capacitors, also.
Here is the schematic from Ruslan for the Ruslan 7, video.
And a simpler version of the Tl494/TC4420 circuits by Stalker, (second attachment)..

Sergh: All the circuits that Ruslan has shown on his self runners, were made by an electronics engineer named Oleg. But Ruslan does have all the needed test gear, also.
Unlike TK, who doesn't, and has his son make the circuits, which he then wires and assembles the circuits.
Like Ruslan does, after Oleg makes his circuits for him.
Does this guy Belkin show a self running device, OR not?

Dally was TK's cousin, and his ideas came from TK's original circuit, which he then modified for his own purpose.
The use of the Tv yoke was first shown being used by Akula, and later by Ruslan, Stalker, and others.

NickZ:

You need to make a separate transformer.
12 to 24V The transformer must be created separately from the PSU.
This is the basic device condition that generates additional energy.
