It has been evident over the years that people do not want to wake up from the deep sleep they fall into.  :'(

This guy is associated with Frolov, from the company 'Faraday Labs'.  Frolov is not trusted at all these days as nothing that works commercially has ever made it out of his labs over a span of many, many years, despite all the promises.
So that would be one reason why no-one seems to care.

Potapov had nothing common with Frolov.

NKE,

I don't understand why you are trying to promote this guy or his so-called devices.  From what I can see in the pictures the  machines are way beyond the ability of most home experimenters.  They also look to be way too expensive for the average home owner to buy.  And it appears that none of them have even been successfully entered into commercial use.

So why should we care about any of this?

I think from the above, most expect someone to give him a device for $ 100 that will provide him with all the power needed.
In addition, Potapov many years produced these devices with success.

Now, unfortunately, he has not been contacted for a long time because his activities for Russia's defense have been kept > secret.

I guess that picture of a leaking water pump is meant to inspire confidence in what you are promoting.  And yes I am sure of what I am seeing.  I worked in industrial maintenance for many years.  You can give that water pump a fancy name but it is still a water pump that is heating the water by the turbulence created in the pump cavity.

Yep,  Sure sounds like a cavitating water pump to me.  That sound like crunching up ball bearings is normal for a cavitating pump.  Of course the pump won't last too long being run like that.
