John Brillman from http://brillman.com/store/ located in Va has now setup for plain cotton covered wire. Stuart already has a 1,000 ft. Im sending him a 480 foot spool of "#14 awg or 1/16 inch" 1006 black oxide iron wire,which is about $20 from McMaster-carr, and hes going to cover that for about $100. That will make winding the NS coil much easier and quicker for these old hands.
